According to the policy of the Diocese of Baton Rouge:

St. Thomas More's Geographical Boundaries:
Those living within the physical boundaries of St. Thomas More Parish may become registered parishioners by completing a Parish Census Form. Not living within parish boundaries:
All others need to obtain written permission from the pastor of the parish within whose geographical boundaries their residence is located before they may complete the Parish Census Form to become     registered members.
